Frequently Asked Questions

You all normally specialize in small group and private tours. Can your food and drink tours be customized to a large group for a reunion, destination wedding or company off-site?

Yes, absolutely! Let us know the event you are envisioning, the purpose, goals, etc and we will put something custom designed for your needs! We can bespoke and curate our foundational tours to fit your group size.

What is the ideal max group size?

For cooking classes, workshops and tasting tours, the ideal is 12-20 but we have the partners and network to host up to 30.

Does the flat rate include a certain amount/cap of people?

Yes, we quote based on the type of experience you are after and the headcount/screencount. Flat-rates start at $1750 for group events of at least 12 participants and increase from there (again, depending on type: cooking class, wine tasting, dining crawl, etc)

Can you provide materials?

We always send recipes and shopping lists of easy-to-find ingredients and instructions. If you have the budget, we can send food and/or drink kits (cocktail kits available for San Francisco-based company groups for our virtual mixology events)

Which experiences is best for the guests of my destination event?

We suggest cooking classes for companies who are gathering for a conference or off-site or our Dine Around Crawl as a unique alternative to a traditional wedding rehearsal dinner.

What are the preferred times / day of week to host an experience for our larger group?

Days are generally flexible but consider restaurants in Florence are small so weekdays are always best for evening activities. Pasta making activities are best as weekend activities if you don't have flexibility. Italian wine tasting activities are the most flexible since they can start as early as 11am.
