HOW IT WORKS:
For Cash Certificates- purchase via button below to gift a cash value good towards any of our join-in walking tours, cooking lessons or private experiences. Please read fine print below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL CASH GIFT CARD AND ACTIVITY GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES:
Activity-Specific Gift Certificates are honored for what is offered and available at time of redemption in Florence and Bologna and the value cannot be transferred without paying a difference.
If the recipient was gifted a join-in group tour activity-specific ticket and is unable to book online due to a tour not being open/available or sold out- the recipients should e-mail us with their desired travel dates (ideally with much notice) so we can advise them which walks they can book or to put them on a waitlist.
Cash value gift certificates may be used towards any Curious Appetite service (travel consults, tours, classes) as well as private experiences but the balance/group minimum must be paid or met.
When gift certificates are redeemed- cash or activity- the recipient may be responsible for processing fees if a balance is remaining to pay.
Activity-specific certificates may not be used on certain holidays or special events- BUT Cash Gift Cards may be used towards one. If you’d like to gift in the exact amount of a custom private experience or something beyond a join-in walking food tour, i.e. culinary lesson, please contact us or purchase a cash gift card for any preferred value.
Participants who book with a gift card will be subject to our terms & conditions so be sure your recipient has access to the confirmation vouchers and our T&Cs. Once redeemed, gift card values cannot be refunded, transferred or rescheduled. All gift cards once purchased are non-refundable. Please redeem within year of purchase, we’ll do our very best to honor beyond a year.
HOW TO REDEEM:
You will be sent an e-mail to finalize gift card purchase plus the option of a hard copy or a digital designed certificate you can print or e-mail to your recipient. Full instructions will be included in inquiry confirmation.
*All gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, then a new transaction will be required. Gift cards may be used only for the purchase of eligible goods or services on the activity operator's website. Purchases are deducted from the GC balance. We are not responsible if a GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.*
