Frequently Asked Questions
What is the expected delivery time?
Once any of our club orders are placed, we will send you an e-mail within 1 business day to confirm your mailing/contact details. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery (from the date order was placed) due to the current COVID-19 situation, up to 3 weeks during the peak holiday times. Typically, our experience is 5-7 days on average for delivery time- but the world is currently unpredictable! If you don’t hear from us - e-mail us.
Are my products insured?
All boxes come with insured shipping and this only applies to broken, lost and damaged product DURING procurement and shipment. If your products arrive broken or damaged, you need to document with photos, time of arrival and courier info. Also, we advise you to keep an eye on tracking via e-mail and not rely on automated notifications. If you are not home or the courier cannot deliver your box, it might be sent to a nearby pick-up spot.
We highly encourage you to make sure the box can be received when scheduled delivery is stated via tracking. We cannot take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been delivered so please make sure to be home to receive or make a note in your order form you’d like signature on delivery if there is not a secure place to leave packages at your residence/delivery address.
