Pizza and Gelato Making Class in Florence at a Culinary Studio
Looking for a family-friendly or crowd pleasing cooking class in Florence? Come make pizza and gelato with us in a culinary studio away from the tour crowds! You will make your own pizza dough from scratch and learn how to make gelato and fruit-based sorbetti with a Florentine chef trained by one of the city’s leading gelato maestri. The pizza lesson is designed so you can easily replicate the recipes at home in your electric oven. You’ll start the lesson by making one milk-based gelato and a seasonal fruit sorbet 100% from scratch and while your desserts are freezing to the perfect consistency, you’ll go on to make your own personal pizzas with quality toppings like fior di latte mozzarella and freshly sliced prosciutto from local historic delis and daily markets. Being hands-on, this experience is perfect for food enthusiasts traveling with kids where you can all have a good time while tasting delicious fresh baked pizza. The lesson will conclude with a sit-down lunch of your pizza and gelato creations and recipes to take home.

GROUP JOIN-IN RATES: $128.50USD per adult, $98.50 for every child under 10 years of age

For any other day/time, please book a private lesson. GROUP JOIN-IN means open to the public and others can join, up to 12 participants.

PRIVATE LESSON RATES: Depends on group size, 1-2 guests = $265 pp 3-4 guests = $185 pp 5-6 guests = $155 pp, 7 guests or more = Please inquire for custom quote. Youth under 17 receive $30 off listed pricing based on group size.
