This experience is designed to teleport you across centuries to savor the holy trinity of delicious food, wine and architecture departing from the buchette "wine doors” carved out on noble palaces during the Renaissance and beyond.
We sip and snack at hidden courtyards, iconic wine bars to modern bistros showcasing current Florentine food & wine culture combined with guided sightseeing between Florence’s historical center and the artisan district of the Oltrarno. Think an early supper crawl with drunk history!
Over this 3 hour curated food tour in Florence, you’ll be led by a specialized expert with an art history and sommelier background to learn the centuries of Florentine food & wine culture, architectural gems, quality Italian wines along with a varied selection of local gourmet foods.

Typically, our wine window crawl is more for a mature audience as it is wine-focused, but booking a private experience, we are happy to modify the experience to make it more family-friendly and fun for the kiddos by arranging non-alcoholic options and/or a gelato stop in place of more wine!
